Tube Bending Essentials 

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to hand tube bending, covering key concepts and techniques for precision and quality. Participants will learn the components of a hand tube bender and apply the measure-bend approach through hands-on exercises. 

By course completion, attendees will confidently perform 45º, 90º, 180º, and offset bends, ensuring accurate and efficient tubing applications.  

Course Objectives: 

  • Explain the theory and key concepts of how to bend tubing 
  • List the components of a hand tube bender and their role in bending tube correctly
  • Utilise hands-on exercises to practice the measure-bend approach to tube bending 
  • Demonstrate tube bending skills necessary to complete quality 45º, 90º, 180º and offset bends
